Perfect Location

The unit was exactly as described. It was very clean and spacious. While it may not be updated, it was so very well taken care. I truly felt right at home from the moment I stepped through the door. The Living room/Dining room was bright and inviting. The couch and chairs were comfortable and had no marks or smells. The owners bedroom was large, with a comfortable and clean bed. A nice patio with table and chairs was great to hang out on. All the appliances were older, but all functioned well. The other owners in the building were very nice. The location is not really within walking distance of too many restaurant/stores. If you have a car, the area did have plenty of stores, restaurants, and parks to visit. Dunes and Canaveral park were great to explore. Beach and pool! Perfect location, would stay here again.
