Overlook the ocean and four pools from this top-floor, end-unit at Seacoast Gardens 2 on the no-drive beach. The calming blues of the sky and ocean and the glistening gold of the sun were brought indoors to create a beautiful and comfortable place for you to relax. There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a bunk room* with twin bunk beds. The condo is within walking distance of a market, three restaurants, an ice cream parlor, and a park.

It is our hope to bless it forward and share the condo with others who either desire or need the peace and respite the beach offers. Whether you are seated on the balcony, in the living room, or in the king-size bed, you can see the ocean and hear the waves rolling onto shore. Depending on the time of year, you will be gifted with sunrises as well. You can see stunning views of rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center, if your stay coincides with a scheduled launch. (Our fingers are crossed for you!)

- Work from the master bedroom, which doubles as an oceanfront office if you must log in during your stay.

Important notes:

There is one guaranteed parking space. The guest spaces are first-come, first-serve and cannot be guaranteed.

There are four pools (2 adult, 2 kids). Only the two north pools are heated during winter months.

There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit or on the balcony, but there is a designated smoking area in the northwest corner of the north parking lot.

At this time our community does not allow guests to bring their pets.

This is a ONE bedroom, ONE bath condo WITH A BUNK ROOM. The bunk beds have a weight limit of 250lbs each. The bunk room has a small chest of drawers, mirror, and a door for privacy.

Established in 1973, the complex comprises 85 units each in Sea Coast Gardens II and III.
The complexes are cherished for their tranquil allure, situated on a non-vehicular section of New Smyrna Beach, offering a serene retreat. With options ranging from condos with breathtaking beach views to those located oceanfront, coupled with magnificent sunset vistas, the complex provides a sublime waterside living experience.

Very Happy With Our Stay

"We were very happy with our stay here in New Smyrna. The space was perfect for my husband and I and it was exactly as depicted on the Airbnb site. We walked to breakfast, dinner one night and to Easter Mass. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in and sitting at the pool getting some sun. We only wished it could have been a little warmer but that’s something our hosts could not control. I would definitely rent again.

A small piece of heaven!

"This place really was a small piece of heaven! Heather was great making sure we knew exactly how to get there, get in etc. She even went above and beyond getting our son a fun little gift and me and my wife a nice suprise as well! There was absolutely nothing bad that I could say about the condo or the hosts. It was the perfect place on the beach for our family and we are already looking for dates to book again next year!

"The condo is in a very nice location with a top floor view over the nice pool deck to the beach and the ocean. The elevator was handy for us and necessary for our handicapped friend to visit. The space is very comfortable for a couple and would be fine with a kid or two. Very well equipped with perfectly maintained cooking pans (very rare among rentals) and basic supplies. Perfectly clean. What really stands out is the friendly, helpful communication with the host and her attention to guests. I recommend Heather and her property 100% with no reservation at all.

A Hidden Gem

"This place is a gem and so is Heather, the owner. The people in these condos are also very friendly and a fun crowd if you want to be involved. The condo is quiet and the location is peaceful. The beach is amazing for walks, boogie boarding, and surfing. The staff at the condos do a great job of keeping the pools and common areas clean. I would give this place 6 stars out of 5 if I could.
