This condo is pet friendly! We’d love to host you and your furry friend’s next vacation together. If you do decide to bring your dog along, we do ask that you keep them on a leash at all times when you're outside and walk them off of the complex grounds. As always, please pick up after your pet.

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $200 a week (per pet) or $300 (per pet) for a month long rental. This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. 🙂
In season (Mid-January through March & June through July) we rent Saturday to Saturday. Please keep this in mind when booking your stay with us! All cancellations, regardless of cancelation policy, are less our standard booking fee to cover the expense of processing your initial payment. Thank you for understanding!
