**Sea wall construction will be taking place in front of this unit through the fall of 2024**. We are offering a discount in pricing due to this inconvenience. Beach access will still be available during your stay and construction will be taking place during working hours on weekdays during low-tide only! Lawn/grass area may be restricted** Please ask any questions about the project prior to booking as the work schedule is fluid.

This condo is pet friendly! We’d love to host you and your furry friend’s next vacation together. If you do decide to bring your dog along, we do ask that you keep them on a leash at all times when you're outside and walk them off of the complex grounds. As always, please pick up after your pet.

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $200 a week (per pet) or $300 (per pet) for a month long rental. This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. :)

In season (Mid-January through March & June through July) we rent Saturday to Saturday. Please keep this in mind when booking your stay with us! All cancellations, regardless of cancelation policy, are less our standard booking fee to cover the expense of processing your initial payment. Thank you for understanding!

"Our host was amazing! We checked in pretty late because of the long drive. She was quick to answer her phone when I couldn’t find the door instructions. The condo its self was very clean but the outside was also very well taken care of from the halls, laundry, and pool area. We enjoyed our stay we did have a little construction happening during our stay but it wouldn’t keep us from enjoying this location again. Can’t wait for our next stay!

A Little Winter Getaway

"We booked a last minute stay at Sea Coast Gardens. A little get away from the Indiana winter. They property was just as pictured. Very clean and inviting. Easy to get to. Right on the beach. Can't get much better than that. View of the Atlantic, priceless. The staff was very responsive to our questions. Clear instructions on entry. We had our dog with us. Took him on daily walks up and down Atlantic Ave. Dogs are not allowed on the beach. But, there is a wonderful dog beach just North of the downtown. The park fee is $10. daily pass. Lots of trails and of course the beach. There is even a dog washing station for those pups who love to roll in the sand. Flagler is full of restaurants, bars, and cute shops. Hard to choose the best. One restaurant we really like is the Garlic. Great Italian food and Seafood. The setting is magical. A must see. All in all, we will return to New Smyrna Beach. And would love to stay at Sea Coast.

"The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I could have left an entire bag full of beach items at home! The beach chairs in the storage closet and umbrella were very good quality and in good shape. I even used one of the boogie boards! The location was very quiet and family-friendly. I enjoy the sunrises each morning and walking on the beach. I hope to return soon.

Wonderful Oceanfront Condo Experience

"This condo is a dream come true. We have never been this close to the ocean and on 1st floor you see the ocean waves break in front of you. Views from living room, dining room and kitchen. Gorgeous renovation and decor and fully equipped kitchen, too. Just 2.5 miles to Flagler Ave shopping and dining . We even walked there on beach once. Fabulous holiday memories have been made here. Thanks for letting us bring Fido as well.
