This esteemed complex is composed of 20 buildings, each featuring a variety of large floor plan options, equipped with king-sized rooms and contemporary amenities. The condos are designed with comfort in mind, presenting expansive balconies, roomy master and guest bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, and comprehensive living spaces that include a living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry.

"5 to 10 minute walk to the beach Spacious property which is well-maintained It’s nice, having a parking garage on the bottom floor of the building, which keeps your car out of the sun and makes loading and unloading easier We had a few questions and the owner was extremely responsive over text message This property is a few miles south of the center of new Smyrna Beach, but the beach in this area tends to be a little quieter, which we like!

"The condo is spacious, clean and has everything you could possibly need. The owner is friendly and easy to work with. The beautiful beach is a short walk away in a quiet area. You can walk far into the water before it gets deep and the sand is soft. The condo pool is also lovely. Absolutely no complaints!
