Inside, the primary bedroom offers a spacious king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and easy access to the second bathroom with a convenient tub/shower combo—great for guests of all ages. Both bedrooms are decorated with light, airy colors and beachy accents that bring the coastal energy indoors. The living room is a cozy, casual space to unwind after a day in the sun, complete with a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and a view of the lush, tropical backyard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up meals at home—from stainless steel appliances to charming wood cabinetry and colorful mosaic tilework that adds a pop of personality. Step outside to enjoy the Florida lifestyle on full display. The screened-in porch offers a shady retreat overlooking your private fenced garden, and the adjacent pergola area is strung with twinkling lights for magical evenings spent grilling, dining, or simply relaxing under the stars. A kayak is available for guest use, and beach gear is provided so you're ready for every adventure—whether you're hitting the waves, lounging on the sand, or biking around town.

New Smyrna Beach is a stunning barrier island nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River in Central Florida. It boasts an impressive 13-mile stretch of pristine sandy beaches, making it a haven for water enthusiasts. If you're feeling adventurous, New Smyrna is renowned as the surfing capital of Florida, where you can catch some waves or watch skilled locals ride the big ones near the jetties. For a more relaxed beach day, you can frolic in the surf, collect seashells, or build sandcastles with your family.

Fishing enthusiasts will also find their paradise here. Ponce de Leon Inlet provides an excellent starting point for deep-sea fishing adventures, while those who prefer staying closer to the shore can try their hand at fishing the Florida saltwater flats, renowned for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

All cancellations, regardless of cancelation policy, are less our standard booking fee and initial deposit to cover the expense of processing your initial payment. Thank you for understanding!

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $200 a week or $300 for a month long rental (per pet). This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. 🙂
