Inside, the condo is designed with comfort in mind. The spacious master suite features a plush king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and plenty of space to unwind after a day in the sun. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, perfect for additional guests or kids, and is across from the second bathroom, which includes a shower and tub combination for a relaxing soak. The bright and airy living area is the ideal spot to kick back, with comfortable seating and a welcoming coastal vibe. The new pullout sofa bed rounds out sleep accommodations to total six. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals, whether you’re cooking up a fresh seafood feast or whipping up snacks for a beach day. 314 is conveniently located near the elevator and laundry room.

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $150 a week or $300 for a month long rental (per pet). This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. 🙂
