Bethune Beach Birdhouse

Welcome to Bethune Beach Birdhouse, a newly renovated five-bedroom, three-bathroom home with ocean views, multiple balconies, and plenty of space for families and larger groups. The home is located directly across the street from JB’s Fish Camp, one of New Smyrna Beach’s most popular restaurants, and just a two-minute walk from the beach.

The second level features the main kitchen, dining area, and gathering space. The fully updated kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, white cabinetry, butcher-block countertops, and bar seating. Coastal finishes, bright interiors, and access to the front and rear balconies make this level a comfortable place for everyone to spend time together.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed and access to a private balcony with ocean views—the perfect place to begin the morning with coffee and fresh ocean air. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds, while the remaining two bedrooms feature bunk beds. All three bathrooms have modern walk-in showers.

The downstairs game room gives larger groups a separate place to relax. It includes a TV, wet bar, mini refrigerator, foosball, darts, and a ring-and-rope game. This additional living area makes it easy for guests to spread out while still enjoying the same home.

Outside, guests can use the grill or relax on one of the balconies after a day at the beach. Beach chairs and a wagon are provided to make the short walk to the sand even easier. The home also includes a private washer and dryer and is pet friendly, so the whole family can enjoy a Bethune Beach getaway together.

New Smyrna Beach is a stunning barrier island nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River in Central Florida. It boasts an impressive 13-mile stretch of pristine sandy beaches, making it a haven for water enthusiasts. If you're feeling adventurous, New Smyrna is renowned as the surfing capital of Florida, where you can catch some waves or watch skilled locals ride the big ones near the jetties. For a more relaxed beach day, you can frolic in the surf, collect seashells, or build sandcastles with your family.

Fishing enthusiasts will also find their paradise here. Ponce de Leon Inlet provides an excellent starting point for deep-sea fishing adventures, while those who prefer staying closer to the shore can try their hand at fishing the Florida saltwater flats, renowned for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

New Smyrna offers a diverse array of experiences while keeping its historic small-town charm. From cozy beachside burger joints to restaurants serving delectable fresh local seafood, the city caters to a wide range of tastes and preferences, ensuring there's something to delight both residents and visitors alike.

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $150 a week or $300 for a month long rental (per pet). This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. 🙂
