The private backyard is one of the home’s best features. Cool off in the above-ground pool, relax along the built-in bar ledge with your favorite drink, or enjoy the Florida sunshine from the fenced yard. After a day at the beach, rinse away the sand in the outdoor shower before heading upstairs to the second-floor balcony. This elevated outdoor lounge features comfortable seating, a fire pit, string lights, and a grill, creating the perfect setting for evening cookouts and conversations.

For a break from the sun, the shaded Florida room offers an outdoor dining area and a large couch where everyone can gather, eat, read, or unwind. Guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the day without ever feeling crowded.

Inside, bright coastal décor gives the home a relaxed beach-house atmosphere. The open living and dining area includes comfortable seating, a large dining table, and a smart TV for movie nights. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, an island, a dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare anything from quick beach snacks to family dinners.

The home includes three comfortable bedrooms, one full indoor bathroom, a convenient half bathroom, and the separate outdoor shower. A private laundry room makes longer stays easier and keeps swimsuits, towels, and beach clothes ready for another day outside.

Beach supplies and a beach cart are provided, making it easy to carry chairs, towels, toys, and everything else you need to and from the shoreline. Best of all, pets are welcome, so your four-legged family member can join the vacation too.

Whether your perfect getaway includes mornings at the beach, afternoons beside the pool, family meals in the Florida room, or evenings gathered around the fire pit, A-Wave From It All #2 gives you the space and amenities to enjoy it all.

For a more relaxed beach day, you can frolic in the surf, collect seashells, or build sandcastles with your family.

Fishing enthusiasts will also find their paradise here. Ponce de Leon Inlet provides an excellent starting point for deep-sea fishing adventures, while those who prefer staying closer to the shore can try their hand at fishing the Florida saltwater flats, renowned for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

All cancellations, regardless of cancelation policy, are less our standard booking fee and initial deposit to cover the expense of processing your initial payment. Thank you for understanding!

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $150 a week or $300 for a month long rental (per pet). This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. 🙂
