The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a generous breakfast bar for casual dining. The elegant dining table and coastal-inspired living area offer plenty of space for families and groups to gather and unwind in comfort.
The primary suite is a retreat all its own, featuring a plush king bed, direct access to both balconies, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a private bath with a shower, while the third bedroom is perfect for families or kids, with bunk beds, a twin pullout, and a full sleeper mattress. The third full bath includes a shower/tub combo, and there’s also a half bath for added convenience.
Newly renovated with tile and LVP flooring throughout, the penthouse feels fresh, clean, and perfectly suited to beach life. A laundry room inside the unit ensures all the comforts of home for longer stays.

For a more relaxed beach day, you can frolic in the surf, collect seashells, or build sandcastles with your family.
Fishing enthusiasts will also find their paradise here. Ponce de Leon Inlet provides an excellent starting point for deep-sea fishing adventures, while those who prefer staying closer to the shore can try their hand at fishing the Florida saltwater flats, renowned for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $150 a week or $300 for a month long rental (per pet). This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. 🙂
